Only the best quality brass alloy could satisfy the highest performance. Brass parts
physical characteristics such as Anti-corrosion & Compression resistance are vital to
customer’s final product’s durability.
In China, only Okayama Seiko has its own brass-casting foundry producing material for
its own consumption, simply because we care the durability of our brass parts inside our
customer’s final product. And so, we have the professionals who know how to control our
raw material quality and other processes, entirely in house.
We are equipped with the Horizontal Automatic Successive Foundry Machine to produce high
quality brass ingots with its diameter can get up to φ180mm. The quality of our brass
alloys has granted qualifications of JIS,ISO, and many other national standards.
For brass alloys quality inspection, we imported ARL3460 Spectrometer from Switzerland.
The instrument can analyse sixteen most-important Brass alloy chemical composition
quickly and accurately.
Guarantee stable quality of quality control
Okayama Seiko has three casting furnaces of different sizes. Thus they create a very
flexible production model for a variety of order sizes. Amazingly, we also do
custom-made brass alloy such as Alpha Brass and Arsenical Brass for enhanced
anti-corrosive performance.
